Knights of Columbus IN SERVICE TO ONE, IN
SERVICE TO ALL.
The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic
men's fraternal benefit society that was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and
assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted
among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief
works. Council History Council 7473, established January 15,1980 now represents
Holy Spirit, St. Elizabeth Seton, and St Helen Parishes. Dedicated to the support of the Catholic Church and the community,
the Knights raise money for contributions to various charities. They also offer its members' time and efforts to Church
needs and the needs of its neighbors. K of C also sponsors social activities for its members. The Knights of Columbus organization
is open to all Catholic men 18 years and older. However, the K. of C. membership not only works within itself but also offers
its assistance to any community organization that is working for the good of its citizens.
